Before going live, it’s important to test the payment process.
- Switch to Test Mode:
In your plugin settings, ensure Test Mode is enabled and that your Test API keys are correctly entered. - Submit a Test Payment:
Fill in the form on the frontend of your website with test details.- The payment popup should appear.
- Complete the test transaction.
- Verify that the form submission is processed and the payment status is updated.
- Review Transaction Verification:
Check the Paystack dashboard to see if the test transaction is recorded and verified correctly. - Go Live:
Once testing is successful, disable Test Mode, replace the Test API keys with Live API keys, and publish your form for real transactions.
